1. Eligibility

Pinky Coral is only for people aged 18 or over who are located in the United Kingdom. By creating an account or using this site you confirm that both of these are true. We may ask you to confirm your age again at any time and may suspend or close accounts where we believe this requirement isn't met.

2. Nature of the service

Pinky Coral is a free social gaming site. It is not real-money gambling. There is nothing to purchase, no entry fees, and no prizes of money or real-world value. The virtual coins used in our games have no cash value, cannot be purchased with real money, and cannot be redeemed, sold, transferred or exchanged for cash, goods or services under any circumstance. Performing well in our games has no bearing on, and is not indicative of, future success at real-money gambling.

3. Your account

You must provide accurate information when you register and keep your password secure. Your account details are stored on our server in a protected file that cannot be accessed over the web — we do not use a public database or display your details in any table. You are responsible for all activity under your account. One account per person.

4. Coins & free plans

Coin bundles and "plans" shown around the site are free collectible balances for fun only. We will never ask you to pay for coins, a plan, or any feature of Pinky Coral. If anyone claims otherwise while posing as Pinky Coral, please contact us immediately.

5. Acceptable use

• Don't try to access another player's account or personal data.
• Don't attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer or overload the site, our games or our servers.
• Don't use automated tools (bots/scrapers) against the site.
• Don't submit false information on any form, including the contact and sign-up forms.

6. The games

All 31 games on Pinky Coral are developed in-house and are our own original content, delivered to you inside our pages. We may add, remove or update games at any time.

7. Intellectual property

The Pinky Coral name, logo, game titles, artwork and site design belong to us. You may not copy, redistribute or use them commercially without our written permission.

8. Liability

Pinky Coral is provided "as is" for entertainment purposes. We aren't liable for losses arising from your use of the site beyond what is required by law. Nothing in these Terms limits any right you have that can't be excluded under UK law.

9. Ending your account

You can delete your account at any time from My Account, which permanently removes your account file from our server. We may suspend or close accounts that break these Terms, misuse the site, or are found to be under 18 or outside the UK.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The date at the top shows the latest version. Continuing to use Pinky Coral after a change means you accept the update.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute, subject to any mandatory consumer protections that apply where you live.
